India vs New Zealand Live Score IND vs NZ World Cup 2023: It’s pretty chilly in Dharamsala but we still will grace you with a warm and cozy welcome in HT Sports’s live coverage of what promises to be the most exciting game of the World Cup 2023. India and New Zealand. The top two teams battle for the top spot in the points table. Both teams are yet to suffer a defeat thus far but in less than 15 hours, that trivia will change and one team will have a L registered against their name. For New Zealand, this is a chance to better their already formidable record versus India in ICC tournaments, while the Men in Blue would be eager to break their 16-year-long hoodoo against the Kiwis. The last time these two teams locked horns in a World Cup was in the semifinal of the 2019 WC in England… and we all know how that ended? It’s a beautiful day and we can’t wait to get started.

Some FAQs: IND vs NZ

Unbeaten after four matches in the Cricket World Cup 2023, the R Sharma-led Indian team embarks upon a new challenge as they take on New Zealand, the only other unbeaten team in the tournament after the first four games. The two cricketing giants have an interesting history when it comes to ICC events. The Kiwis have often managed to undo their Indian counterparts and they would look to continue their impressive record on Sunday in Dharamsala.

New Zealand will be without their captain K Williamson, who is out with a fractured thumb. Will T Lathum is expected to continue leading the Kiwis, veteran pacer T southee is available for selection again. In the Indian team, the replacement of injured H Pandya is a big headache for the team. While there’s no like-for-like replacement available for the pace-bowling all-rounder, India will have to either go with an extra batter or an extra seamer in the team.

Some quotes by players after Australia beats Pakistan

Australia captain Pat Cummins faced some tough questions after losing his first two games at the World Cup. He was beaming after this one. “That was a great win,” he said. “That was proper from the openers. That’s set the tone. That’s how we want to play our cricket – taking the game on. “To take 82 in the Powerplay was fantastic and I can’t ask for any more. “It’s a tough stadium and pitch to bowl, but we stayed aggressive and a good use of bouncers, and you saw Stoinis come in and show his energy and hit the deck hard. “We’ve come off two really good wins and we have a few days break. We’ve set the benchmark and we need to keep it up.” He also happy when Australia beats Pakistan.

Babar Azam admits after Australia beats Pakistan

Pakistan captain Babar Azam delivered an honest appraisal of the defeat. “We were not up to the mark,” he said.“If you drop a catch like David Warner like we did, then they will not spare you. “We were not consistent in our line in that bowling lineup. “All credit to the fast bowlers and spinners, the way we came back, we just tried to hit a length and the stumps. You need good partnerships and we started well but then we had small partnerships.”
